Water Chemistry Analysis
What is purified water?
Water that has been filtered or processed to remove impurities such as chemicals and other toxins is referred to as purified water.
Why Choose VGC Water?
Victoria Water provides outstanding water testing services to provide premium drinking water and water for leisure purposes to our consumers to assure top-notch quality.
How do we test our water?
Our water test labs undertake a variety of water quality tests to assess how safe, or even drinkable, water is to be used in a residential environment or otherwise. These many tests assist establish whether specific materials or contaminants have infected a body of water and, if so, how it should be treated further. The following are a few examples of water testing procedures.
Bacterial Testing
Water can be contaminated by a variety of bacterial pollutants. E. coli bacterium, which is found in feces and can cause major health problems if swallowed, is one of the most common and sought after. Bacteria testing is required to determine the safety of water for drinking or skin contact.
PH Testing
The ideal PH for drinking water is said to be 6.5-8.5, and at VGC Water, we make certain that the PH of our water is optimal for use.
Other Testing
TOTAL DISSOLVED SOLIDS(TDS) High total dissolved solids can degrade the water’s aesthetic quality, make it difficult to wash clothing, and cause plumbing fixtures to corrode. The Secondary Drinking Water Standards have imposed a limit of 500 mg/l (milligrams per liter) for aesthetic considerations.
Conductivity
The conductivity of water is significant because it can reveal the amount of dissolved compounds, chemicals, and minerals in the water. A higher conductivity will result from the presence of more of these contaminants.
